Cancellation Policy
While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation or modification requests submitted within 24 hours, approval is not guaranteed. Due to our fast order processing and fulfillment times, orders enter shipment preparation shortly after being placed. If we are able to stop processing in time, we will approve the cancellation or modification request and issue any applicable refund.
If an order has already entered processing or shipment preparation, we may be unable to cancel or modify it. In such cases, the order will be shipped as originally placed and customers may return the item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy once the order is received.
Important Notes
Cancellation or modification requests submitted more than 24 hours after the order is placed will not be eligible for review.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our standard refund timelines (typically 5-7 business days).
Returns PolicyFor general returns due to incorrect part being ordered, change of mind or similar reason, within 14 days of delivery, email [email protected] to obtain an RMA number and start the returns process. Please, do not return any part without first obtaining an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not receive any refund or credit. Mygrant Glass will issue a refund for the purchase price of items accepted for return, less a restocking fee of 15%.
Upon receipt of the RMA number, carefully package the goods to minimize damage. Use the original shipping materials and the original shipping container, if possible. Include the RMA number with your return. We must receive your return within 30 days from the delivery date and in resaleable condition. The product must not be damaged, have previously been installed or had primer applied. Returns are inspected and processed within 10 business days of receipt. Upon return approval, Mygrant Glass will issue a refund for the purchase price of items accepted for return, less a restocking fee of 15%.
Original shipping fees are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance as Mygrant Glass is not responsible for return items that are lost, damaged or delivered late.
If you wish to exchange a product, the original item must be returned pursuant to our return policy and an order placed for the new item.
Items Not Eligible For Return:
Tools, urethane, and any parts sold on an “as-is” basis, are final sales and not eligible for return. Parts which have been installed are not returnable. Internationally shipped goods are not returnable.
Damaged Goods:
Although Mygrant is highly experienced in shipping glass product, occasionally, goods may be damaged during transit. Upon delivery customers should notate any visible damage to the external package on the delivery slip. Customers must inspect the product and notify Mygrant by emailing [email protected] within 4 days of delivery of any damage and include photographs of the damage. Upon approval, Mygrant will either provide a replacement part or a full refund, depending on part availability. After 4 days, any damage claims are waived.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
