Mygrant Classics uses FedEx to ship glass in “europack” boxes to protect each piece of glass. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per piece of glass.
Generally, products will ship within 1-3 weeks.

Returns and Shipping Insurance
If a return is needed and the issue is not due to a Mygrant error, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping and ensuring the item arrives back to us in sellable condition. For that reason, we strongly encourage supplemental shipping insurance and careful packaging. Items received in non-sellable condition—including damaged product, missing parts, or signs of installation/use—will not be refunded.
